We began our journey in Ladd, Illinois, where our first location was built on a simple mission: to provide dependable, compassionate care while creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their people. From the beginning, we focused on building strong relationships within the community and earning trust through quality service, attention to detail, and genuine care.

As our business grew, we relocated our original shop to Princeton, Illinois, allowing us to better serve a wider area while continuing the values that shaped us from the start. The move marked an important milestone, giving us the opportunity to expand our services, invest in our facilities, and deepen our connection with the communities we serve.

With continued growth and support from our customers, we later opened a second location in Peru, Illinois. Today, both locations operate with the same commitment to professionalism, care, and community involvement that defined our earliest days. We’re proud of where we started, grateful for how far we’ve come, and excited to continue serving pets and families throughout the area.

We are proud to be actively involved in the communities we serve. Over the years, we have participated in and hosted a variety of events designed to bring people together and give back.

While we were located in Ladd, we organized community pep parades to celebrate and connect with local families. After moving to Peru and Princeton, we continued that tradition of involvement by hosting events with Santa and our mascot, Clyde, where people could take photos with their pets. We also held open house events at each new location to welcome the community.

In addition, we have provided nail-trimming services at several local venues, including the Princeton Recreation Center, Walmart, Princeton Park, and Tractor Supply in Princeton, Illinois.

Our commitment to giving back also includes collecting donations for Muscular Dystrophy in 2010, participating in a Halloween Trunk-or-Treat event at Illinois Central College, and hosting special holiday photo opportunities—such as visits from the Grinch during Christmas. Beyond these events, we regularly donate to community benefits and local causes.
